We want you to be happy with GetHydrately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a monthly or yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. To request a refund:

  • Visit lemonsqueezy.com/help and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will assist you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy may retry; if retries do not succeed, your Pro access ends.

After the 30-day window

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in line with applicable consumer protection law. Statutory rights under your local law are not affected by this policy.
